Introduction

Our client, is looking for respondents aged between 14-30 years old and looking for respondents who have bought sports wear/sports shoes worth at-least Rs. 6000 in the past 12 months from 20 selected cities in India.

Challenges

  • Managing quotas across multiple regions

Approach

  • Pre-Screener was used to identify the respondent's age and to know if respondent has any children between 14-17 years old.
  • Those respondents who answered that they have children aged between 14-17 years old were allowed to participate in the survey.
  • We asked parents to call their children and allow them to participate in the survey.
  • Continuous email reminders were sent to achieve the required sample size.
  • Due to the lack of targeted sample, we recruited students between the age of 14-17 to make sure we provide full feasiblity to our client and deliver required number of completes every month.

Outcome

We are successfully delivering all 600 completes every month since year 2015. Because of our performance, client awarded us the project and decided to run the project till 2019 with us
