Our client, a leading global online research service provider was targeting smartphone users from main states in each country. There were quotas on Age, Gender, States and Cell phone Carrier. There were quotas on Pre-paid users and post-paid users. 50% of the sample required should use internet on their smartphones and should use FB and What’s app on daily basis. Client was looking for users who access emails on their smartphone at-least thrice a week.

  • Controlled quota sampling was done to ensure that none of the responses were exhausted due to quota-full.
  • Continuous email reminders were sent to participants who qualified in the recruitment phase to participate and complete the survey via their mobile phones.

Outcome

Successfully delivered all required completes in all the geographies.
