Introduction
Our client was keen to understand the usage of information and communication technology (ICT) products/ services/applications at small organizations based in Canada. The target group was ITDMs/BDMs and IT professionals among various employee size companies with quotas on 1-9, 10-19, 20-49, 50-99 employees The required sample size was 75 per wave and 95 in the last wave.
Approach
- A pre-screener was in place to ensure that only respondents who cleared quality check were allowed to participate.
- Identified samples were deployed as well as recruitment and profiler exercises were conducted to cover the targeting parameters.
- High incentives were provided to improve the response rate and lower the dropout rates
- Regular project updates were shared with clients to ensure appropriate actions and sampling structure.
