INTRODUCTION

  • Our client wanted to understand the purchasing behavior of Decision Makers in Finance and Tech/IT Industry.
  • Target Audience was Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers in 50+ Employee Size Companies
  • There was a quota of 50 completes per industry – Finance and IT Industry each with a total sample size of 400 completes in 4 waves.

CHALLENGES

  • The challenge was to deliver balanced responses across all both the industries domains with quotas by industries/employee size.
  • All completed within 3-4 working days.

APPROACH


  • The approach was to deploy targeted sample as well as to send out batches on regular intervals.
  • Additionally, as this was a niche audience, a thorough track on the sample out-go was maintained to avoid over-quotas.

Outcome

Successfully delivered all required completes with required quotas as well as with the correct data trends within the timelines provided.
